    College Building
    Teachers play a very important role in a student’s life. It is, to a great extent, the teachers who decide the shape a student’s life will take. So, it is very necessary to be adequately equipped with resources that will make the teacher a perfect role model to the students. To achieve this, Bachelor of Education or B. Ed was introduced, which will teach a person about Teaching and the various aspects associated with teaching. Once a person completes the Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) training, then s/he is awarded with a B. Ed degree.

    A major milestone was achieved, when a training department was established in 1969 with the efforts of Kunwar LakshmiChand, former minister of Hitkarini Sabha. In 1971, this department was established as an independent training institute.

    Hitkarini Prashikshan Mahila Mahavidyalaya strives to empower women through quality training and education. The institute has about 100 students enrolled in B.Ed. and 12 in B. Lib. courses. The institute is starting M. Ed. course and proposes to start M. Lib. course from forth-coming sessions.
